Welcome to Aesthetics Logbook support. If you have a question or are experiencing an issue, the answers below cover the most common topics. If you need further help, please get in touch — we're happy to assist.
Aesthetics Logbook is available on iOS, Android, and web. Sign in with your email address or Google account to get started. Your logbook syncs automatically across all your devices.
New users receive a free tier that allows up to 30 entries, with full sync and reminder functionality included.
Upgrading to Pro unlocks unlimited entries, custom clinic branding (logo and clinic name on reports), and unlimited PDF and CSV report exports.
A 7-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial period ends, and you can cancel at any time before then with no charge.
Subscriptions are available monthly or annually and can be purchased within the app. On iOS and Android, payment is handled through your device's app store. On web, payment is processed securely by Stripe.
To cancel or manage your subscription:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Pro access until then.
You can log treatment entries, minor surgery, and CPD records. Each entry type has its own section accessible from the main navigation.
Entries are stored securely and synced to your account. They are visible only to you. We strongly recommend you do not enter directly identifiable patient information — use anonymised references or age ranges instead.
Aesthetics Logbook can send you daily email reminders to review your cases. You can enable, configure, or disable reminders from the Settings screen within the app.
Pro subscribers can export their logbook data as a PDF or CSV file from the Reports section. PDF reports include your clinic branding if you have set up a clinic name and logo in Settings.
Pro subscribers can add a clinic name and logo in Settings. These appear on exported PDF reports. Your logo is stored securely and is only used for report generation.
You can delete your account at any time from within the Settings screen. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our systems within 30 days.
You can export your data as a CSV file before deleting your account if you wish to retain a local copy.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
